We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
BedfordDocs is a document alert and notification platform that enables businesses to send real-time SMS and email alerts to their customers when documents require attention. Features include but are not limited to: trigger-based notifications, delivery tracking, API access, webhook integrations, and compliance management tools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
To use the Service you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) be a legal entity or individual operating a legitimate business; (c) provide accurate, current, and complete registration information; and (d) maintain the security of your account credentials.

Certain features of the Service require payment. By selecting a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rates in effect at the time of your subscription.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with thirty (30) days notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If your payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved.
The Service and all content, features, and functionality thereof — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and the BedfordDocs name and shield mark — are owned by 9102 BEDFORD LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to our data practices as described therein.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell, share, or use Customer Data for any purpose other than delivering your alerts and maintaining the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9102 BEDFORD LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9102 BEDFORD LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you transmit through the Service.
BedfordDocs operates an SMS notification service for the purpose of sending document-related alerts to end users on behalf of our business customers. Our SMS program is classified as a customer_care use case — all messages are transactional in nature, triggered by document events, and sent only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent.
Opt-in: End users must explicitly consent to receive SMS messages before any message is sent. Consent is obtained through a compliant opt-in mechanism that clearly identifies BedfordDocs as the sender, describes message frequency, and discloses that message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: End users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of STOP, we will immediately add the user to our suppression list and send a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent to opted-out numbers.
HELP: End users may reply HELP to any message to receive support information including our contact email address.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on document activity and customer configuration. Typical users receive between 1 and 10 messages per month.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. This is not a direct lending service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
